Abstract
This Legislative Decree lays down amendments and addenda to Legislative Decree No. 230 of 1995 in matter of ionizing radiation. New Chapter VII bis is inserted. These new provisions concern safety measures to be implemented in nuclear installations with a view to preventing dangers caused by ionizing radiation.
