Abstract
This Legislative Decree lays down the penalties to be applied at the national level in case of violation of Regulation (EC) No. 1069/2009, which sets out public health and animal health rules applicable to animal by-products and derived products. The penalties ragard infringement of obligations in matter of disposal, reuse, transport and traceability of animal by-products. Furthermore, the Decree sets out the penalties to be applied in case of infringement of Regulation (EU) No. 142/2011 implementing Regulation (EC) No. 1069/2009.
