Abstract
This Legislative Decree lays down provisions to implement Regulation (EC) No. 648/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council on detergents, which sets out the regulatory framework concerning the free movement of detergents and surfactants in the internal market of the European Community taking into account the need to protect the environment and human health. These implementing provisions in particular deal with labelling, issue of authorizations and inspection.
