Legislative Decree No. 275 rearranging the sanctioning system in matter of trade in protected wildlife species

The present Legislative Decree amends Act No. 150 of 1992 by modifying the penalties to be applied to the offences related to trade in the protected wildlife species mentioned in the Annexes attached to Regulation (EC) No. 338/97. As established by article 3 hereto, new article 3 bis shall be added to Act No. 150 of 1992 in matter of forgery of certificates and import licences. Article 5 of this Act lays down further penalties in respect of unlawful introduction into the national territory of fur.
