Abstract
The present Decree makes provisions for the slaughtering, cutting up and storage of the meat. It further concerns requirements of the slaughterhouses and laboratories. Article 9 lists the cases in which the meat originating from non-inspected animals shall be declared not suitable for human consumption. Article 12 requires the permanent presence of the veterinary during every slaughtering operation. Final provisions concern the procedure for the recognition of establishments and the training of the personnel.
