Abstract
This Legislative Decree lays down some amendments and addenda to Legislative Decree No. 214 of 2005 which concerns protective measures against the introduction of organisms harmful to plants or plant products. The new provisions regard phytosanitary analyses to be carried out; the prohibition of introducing certain harmful organisms as specified; the authorization for importing isolated live organisms.
