Ministerial Circular No. 2 laying down explanations to Presidential Decree No. 433 of 2 November 2001 implementing Directives 96/51/EC, 98/51/EC and 99/20/EC concerning additives in feedingstuffs.

This Ministerial Circular lays down clarifications relative to the interpretation and application of Presidential Decree No. 433 of 2 November 2001 in matter of additives in feedstuffs. It particularly determines the types of additives and additive premixtures to which the above-mentioned Decree shall apply and defines the substances which are excluded from its application sphere. Furthermore, the Circular deals with the conditions established by Decree No. 433 to authorize the placing on the Community market of feedstuffs additives and related labelling requirements.
