Abstract
As prescribed by Art. 78 (par. 2) DL 18/2020, modified by L 27/2020, the Minister of Agriculture Food and Forest Policies, due to the interruption of business activities caused by COVID-19 establishes a COVID-19 Emergency Fund to help fishing and aquaculture businesses to cope with direct and indirect impacts and to ensure business continuity. The Decree establishes types of activities and amounts, categories of concessions and aids, beneficiaries and conditions to obtain funding.
