The Decree establishes the revolving pledge for agricultural and food products with a protected designation of origin or with a protected geographical indication, including viticulture (such as olive oil) and spirit drinks. Art. 2 sets the Registers and the procedures for noting down the pledge and Art. 3 is on pedge extinction.
