Abstract
For the purpose of implementing Act 21 May 1998 No. 164, the number of units authorized for the fishing of bivalve mollusc in each district is reduced. Compensation is established for losses to units not contemplated under this Decree. This Decree also sets, article 3, the rules for the issuing of new fishing licences. An experimental bivalve mollusc fishing campaign is opened in Veneto Region and under article 8 the financial compensation for the management consortia established according to Ministerial Decree 12 January 1995, No. 44 is set.
