Ministerial Decree amending Ministerial Decree of 26 July 1995 on fishing licences.

The amendments to articles 22 and 23 of Decree of 26 July 1995, regarding the requirements for the issuance of the fishing licences, read as follows: (a) "The authorization for the "ferrettara" fishing method is allowed exclusively for fishing vessels with a gross tonnage not exceeding 10 tons"; (b) "a minimum of five years registration in the register of fishing enterprises or in the register of fishermen".
