Ministerial Decree concerning the approval, as per article 6, paragraph 2, of Act of 7 february 1992, No. 150, of the list of harmful mammals and reptiles.

According to the provisions of this Decree all species of wild mammals, excluding whales, could create a hazard to health and public safety (art. 1, para. 1). Moreover, Annex A to this Decree contains a list of dangerous or harmful wild reptiles.
