Ministerial Decree establishing the register and valuation criteria relative to varieties of spelt (Triticum monococcum e dicoccum).

This Decree has been adopted pursuant to articles 19 and 24 of Act No. 1096 of 1971, which provides for the establishment of registers of plant varieties in order to facilitate the identification of the varieties themselves. It is hereby established, on a voluntary basis, the register relative to varieties of spelt. The Annexes attached define the criteria to be fulfilled as well as the procedure to be followed for registering the varieties in the National Register of Varieties, pursuant to Act No. 1096 of 1971.
