Abstract
This Decree sets out the operational indications of technical-scientific character jointly with the Italian national Higher Institute of Health. This Decree is in relation to the evolution of the results of the application of the Legislative Decree 15 February 2016, n. 28 Implementation of Council Directive 2013/51/EURATOM of 22 October 2013, which establishes requirements for the protection of the health of - population with regard to radioactive substances present in water intended for human consumption.
Rules provided in this text are a list of technical-scientific knowledge and operational needs, as regards the protection of the health of the population from risks deriving from exposure to ionizing radiation and optimization of resources (see Annexes for full technical sheets).
