Abstract
The Provincial Commission, originally set out by article 6 of Act No. 281 of 1963 and then removed, is re-established by article 1 of this Ministerial Decree. The Ministry of Health shall consequently issue the authorization to the production and distribution of medicated feedstuffs taking particular account of the assessment carried out by the above-mentioned Provincial Commission. Further amendments concern: (a) skills of the staff of the laboratories for the monitoring of feedingstuffs; (b) the content of the registers concerning the analysis.
