Abstract
By way of implementation of Directives 2003/60, 2033/62/EC and 2003/69/EC, this Decree lays down particular amendments to Ministerial Decree of 19 May 2000 by establishing: (a) the MRLs to be applied to active substances contained in in phytosanitary products and allowed in the foods referred to in Annex 1, parts A, B, C, D and E of Ministerial Decree of 19 may 2000; (b) minimum safety intervals that must be fulfilled between the last treatment and the harvest; and (c) those uses that shall be revoked, without any prejudice to particular exemptions.

Commission Directive 2003/60/EC amending the Annexes to Council Directives 76/895/EEC, 86/362/EEC, 86/363/EEC and 90/642/EEC as regards the fixing of maximum levels for certain pesticide residues in and on cereals, foodstuffs of animal origin and certain products of plant origin, including fruit and vegetables.
