Abstract
This Directive lays down particular amendments and addenda to certain Community Directives relating to maximum levels for pesticide residues in and on foodstuffs. In Annex II to Directive 76/895/EEC, applicable to fruit and vegetables, the entries relating to diquat shall be deleted. Part A of Annex II to Directive 86/362/EEC relative to cereals shall be supplemented by the maximum pesticide residue levels established by Annex I to this Directive. Annex II, Parts A and B, to Directive 86/363/EEC (regarding products of animal origin) shall be supplemented by the maximum pesticide residue levels referred to in Annexes II and III hereto. Lastly, the maximum pesticide residue levels as shown in Annex IV hereto shall be added to Annex II to Directive 90/642/EEC which applies to products of plant origin.
