Abstract
Deltamethrin shall be included in Annex I to Legislative Decree No. 194 of 1995 laying down the list of active substances that may be contained in plant products to be used or marketed. The chemical characteristics as well as the conditions under which plant products containing such substance may be used or placed on the market are set out in the Annex attached to this Decree.
