Abstract
The present Decree lays down particular measures to be applied in order to ensure compliance with the Plan for the protection of fishery resources laid down in Ministerial Decree of 19 June 2003. In particular, there are hereby specified the documents to be submitted to the competent maritime offices by owners of trawlers subjected to the interruption prescribed in the Plan above-mentioned.
