Ministerial Decree making provisions in matter of authorization to bivalve mollusc fishing with turbo-blowing equipment and devices other than gill nets.

The Decree establishes the 31 March 1997, extended until 31 December 1997 by Ministerial Decree of 14 March 1997, as a deadline for the implementation of article 9 of Ministerial Decree of 29 May 1992. The selected option, relevant to the fishing method employed, shall bind the party for a period of three years, renewable within one month before the date of expire. According to the provisions of the present Decree, the option provided for by article 1 of Ministerial Decree of 28 November 1996 may be exercised within 31st December 1997.
