Abstract
This Ministerial Decree regulates fishing in the Adriatic Sea (fishing districts from Trieste to Brindisi) in order to enable enterprises which use particular equipments to operate in a competitive system.
Fishing with the equipment referred to in article 2 must be practised in compliance with: a) provisions established by the fishery collective agreement; b) the rules and schemes established by recognized producers' organizations; c) customs in force.
