Ministerial Decree making provision in matter of fishing licences.

The registration of a fishing vessel in another maritime district or the engagement in a type of commercial fishing different from the one previously authorized, are subject to the granting of an authorization by the appropriate department of the Ministry for Agricultural Policies upon application of the person concerned. Article 4 concerns the establishment of a sub-committee for fishing licences, in charge of supervising the proper implementation of the provisions of this Decree.
