Ministerial Decree on the modalities for recovering certain substances that deplete the ozone layer

This Decree consists of only one article laying down the text of new paragraph 3-bis which shall be added to article 2 of Decree of 3 October 2001 as regards recovery of halon. In accordance with that new provision, merchant ships shall be exempted from the application of paragraph 2 of article 2 as long as a halon recovery plan is presented to the Ministry of the Environment for approval within sixty days from the entry into force of this Decree.
