Abstract
The Decree amends Presidential Decree No. 1065 of 1973, Act No. 1096 of 1971 and Act No. 195 of 1976. The amendments concern mainly the certification of the different types of seeds and all the information required in the labels to be issued in case of seeds non officially certified.
