Abstract
This Ordinance prohibits the hunting activities of any type in the zones identified by art. 63 of the EU Regulation 2020/687. It also prohibits the collecting mushrooms and truffles, fishing, trekking, the mountain biking and other activities which, by providing direct or indirect interaction with infected or potentially infected wild boars, involve a risk for the spread of the disease. Some exceptions are specified by article 1 of the Ordinance.
Further measures are to be adopted by decree of the general director of animal health and veterinary drug of the Ministry of health to counteract the spread of the disease.
