Regional Act No. 10 on the production and marketing of forest plants and forest reproductive material.

This Regional Act lays down the legislative framework applicable to the production, marketing and use of forest plants and forest reproductive material in Emilia Romagna, with a view to protecting local forest plant species and ensuring their conservation. A special authorization issued by the competent regional authority is required to produce and place on the market forest plants and forest reproductive materials. The Act covers the species listed out in the Annex. The Regional Register of forest reproductive materials is set up according to article 7.
