Abstract
In compliance with the rules and principles laid down under the Code of the Environment, this Regional Act sets out the legislative framework governing Environmental Impact Assessment on projects to be carried out within the Umbria Region. These provisions specify those projects that must be subject to the EIA procedure prior to their implementation and further lay down provisions on environmental monitoring.
