Abstract
The Molise Region provides for the promotion and diffusion of the production, transformation and marketing of biological products. This Act also establishes the Regional Commission for Biological Agriculture and for the Integrated production that shall prepare the plan for the conversion of traditional agriculture into biological agriculture, recognize associations of biological producers and implement Community rules for the production, labelling and control of agricultural products and foodstuffs produced organically.
