Abstract
There are hereby laid down certain amendments to Regional Act No. 24 of 2005, which sets forth rules governing the gathering, cultivation and marketing of truffles intended for human consumption. Article 4 dealing with the gathering of truffles in forest areas is entirely replaced by the text laid down in article 1. Article 8, which defines the periods during which gathering shall be allowed, is replaced by article 3. Further amendments concern the methods and gear which shall be permitted for collecting truffles and the penalties to be applied in case of infringement.
