Abstract
There is hereby established the legislative framework applicable in the Molise Region as regards the gathering, cultivation and marketing of truffles for human consumption. Truffles shall not be placed on the market unless they belong to the species listed in article 3. The gathering of truffles shall be permitted in forests and non cultivated lands, under the conditions prescribed by article 4 and during the periods specified in article 8. In case of infringement, the penalties set out in article 18 shall be applied.
