Abstract
These provisions lay down some amendments to Regional Act No. 3 of 1994 in matter of protection of wildlife and restrictions on hunting. The amendments mainly concern (i) the programmes to be drawn up and submitted to the regional authority every year by the Provinces, (ii) the use of agricultural lands for hunting activities and (iii) the granting of subsidies and incentives in the field of wildlife protection.
