Abstract
This Act, consisting of 16 articles, provides for amendments and corrections to the Regional Act no. 19 of 2020 concerning the government of the territory, in order to respect the compliance of the Act with the national law and prevent eventual appeals of the Act by the national government. Amendments concern: repealing of specific words and terms; the article on environmental assessment strategy, whit replacing of measures for creation of special protection areas for the conservation of wild birds, and for the protection of natural habitats, of flora and wildlife; measures and details of the territorial regional Plan as an instrument of social and economic development; measures on urban and territorial planning tools of local authorities and managers of protected natural areas; urban planning compensation interventions for protection of the environment; roles and composition of the Technical Scientific Committee.
