Abstract
The present Regional Act lays down some amendments and addenda to Regional Act No. 24 of 1991 as regards the gathering, cultivation and marketing of truffles in Emilia Romagna. The amendments mainly concern the competences of the regional authority in matter of promotion of the cultivation of truffles, and the áreas where truffles are cultivated.
