Abstract
This Regional Act lays down the legislative framework governing apiculture in the Toscana Region. The Act provides for the granting of financial aid aimed at promoting apiculture and establishes duties of holders of apiaries. Further provisions deal with veterinary and animal health requirements. Article 13 lays down penalties.
