Regional Act No. 23 setting up the Adamello Nature Park.

This Regional Act establishes, in compliance with article 16 ter of Regional Act No. 86 of 1983, the Adamello Nature Park. The boundaries of the nature park are defined in the planimetry attached to the Act. The objectives pursued are the folllowing: (a) the preservation of biodiversity; (b) to ensure the sustainable use of soil; (c) the promotion of scientific, educational and recreational activities in the area comprised in the nature park. A plan (art. 4) as well as a regulation (art. 5) concerning the management of the park shall be adopted. Particular prohibitions are laid down in article 6.
