Abstract
This Act rearranges the legislative framework concerning nature parks in Lombardia and lays down provisions applicable to existing nature parks. All the regional acts under which those nature parks were set up are repealed and replaced by these provisions. The Act specifies the activities which are prohibited in the parks, in order to preserve biodiversity.
