Abstract
Pursuant to article 16 ter of Regional Act No. 86 of 1983, it is hereby set up the Alto Garda Bresciano Nature Park, the boundaries of which are indicated in the planimetry attached. The aim pursued by establishing this park is primarily biodiversity preservation. The management of the park is entrusted to a Mountain Community, as per article 3.
