Regional Act No. 3 amending Regional Act No. 17 of 2 May 1995 in matter of wildlife protection and hunting programmed management and subsequent amendments.

This Act lays down amendments and addenda to Regional Act No. 17 of 1995 in matter of wildlife protection and programmed hunting management. The Regional Council is hereby entitled to lay down provisions with respect to birds hunting by way of derogation from provisions in force, in accordance with article 9, paragraph 1 of Directive 79/409/EEC. Such derogations shall be laid down in compliance with article 4 of this Act, which adds article 35-bis to Regional Act No. 17 of 1995.
