Regional Act No. 3 making provision in matter of taxidermy and embalming.

Pursuant to article 6 of Act No. 157 of 1992, this Regional Act lays down rules governing taxidermy and embalming as well as the keeping of trophies, with a view to ensuring a better protection of wild fauna. Taxidermy and embalming are subjected to prior registration in the Chamber of Commerce and prior issue of an authorization by the competent Province. Article 4 provides for the establishment of the Regional Commission for Taxidermy and Embalming. Article 7 sets out administrative sanctions.
