Regional Act No. 31 on bivalve molluscs breeding in the Marano-Grado Lagoon.

This Regional Act lays down provisions concerning bivalve molluscs breeding in the Marano-Grado Lagoon, giving particular regard to the issue of the concession required. The Municipalities are responsible for the issue of the concessions to private fishermen or breeding establishments, in compliance with the conservation and rational exploitation criteria defined by article 2. Article 4 sets out administrative penalties.
