Regional Law of 21 July 2017, n. 28-Provisions on agricultural, forest and fish resources and hunting activities.

This Regional Law amends and cancels various provisions part of different Regional legislation, as regards the agricultural, forestry, fish resources, and hunting activities.
These changes are made to the following Friuli-Venezia Giulia legislation: Regional Act No. 32 regulating and promoting organic farming in the Friuli-Venezia Giulia Region; Regional Act No. 23 regulating the gathering, cultivation, conservation and marketing of truffles; Regional Act No. 9 on forest resources; Regional Act No. 31 on bivalve molluscs breeding in the Marano-Grado Lagoon; Regional Act No. 24 making rules in matter of species that may be harvested and related hunting seasons, and laying down amending and supplementing provisions in matter of hunting and fishing; Regional Act No. 6 laying down provisions on hunting; Regional Act No. 56 laying down provisions on hunting, game farming, taxidermy and fishing in inland waters; and Regional Act No. 14 making provision on hunting particular wildlife species.
