Regional Act No. 33 making provision to implement Act No. 30 of 15 January 1991 on animal reproduction and repealing Regional Act No. 54 of 4 December 1991.

This Act has been adopted by the Friuli-Venezia Giulia Region in order to implement certain provisions of Act No. 30 of 15 January 1991, which lays down at national level the legislative framework on animal reproduction. The regional administrative functions relating to the implementation of such Act are hereby entrusted to the Regional Board for Agriculture. The competent local health authorities are empowered to provide for the application of the penalties established under Act No. 30. Article 2 regards the regional fees to be paid to obtain the authorizations provided for in Ministerial Decree No. 172 of 1994, which was enacted in implementation of Act No. 30.
