Regional Act No. 37 amending and supplementing Regional Act No. 13 of 31 May 2001 concerning the interventions intended for qualifying beef and beef products.

Some amendments and addenda are hereby laid down to Regional Act No. 13 of 2001 which regulates interventions intended for the qualification of beef and beef products. Article 3 is entirely replaced by the text laid down in article 1 hereto, relating to the subsidies that may be granted by the Region in the beef sector. The paragraph contained in article 2 of this Act shall be added to article 4 of Regional Act No. 13. This new provision refers to the voluntary labelling system provided for in Regulation (EC) No. 1760/2000.
