Abstract
Pursuant to the general principles set out at the national level by the Code of the Environment, these provisions govern the functioning of the Integrated Water System in the Abruzzo Region. The system includes all public services related to the intake, abstraction and supply of potable water as well as sewerage. The Annex provides for the subdivision of the regional territory into Optimal Areas for purposes of water resources management.
