Regional Act No. 40 amending Regional Act No. 39 of 2000 on forestry.

The present Act lays down particular amendments and addenda to Regional Act No. 39 of 2000, which makes provision in matter of forestry. In particular, articles 1, 39, 40, 47bis, 77, 79, 80, 82, 85, 89 and 95 are replaced or supplemented. The amendments mainly deal with the placing on the market of forest reproductive material, in implementation of the provisions laid down in Directive 1999/105/EC. New article 79 bis, which concerns the requirements for the marketing and identification at all stages of production of forest reproductive material, is inserted.
