Regional Act No. 6 regulating the gathering, cultivation, preservation and marketing of truffles.

Pursuant to Act No. 752 of 1985, this Regional Act makes rules governing the gathering, cultivation, preservation and marketing of truffles. Gathering is permitted in forests, non cultivated areas as well as along shores of watercourses classified as public. Article 12 specifies the gear which may be deployed and the periods during which truffles may be collected. Article 20 sets out administrative sanctions.
