Abstract
This Act sets out the framework law on agriculture. All interventions in matter of agriculture in Umbria shall be carried out pursuant to these provisions and in accordance with the Annual Programme provided in article 2. The Act provides for the simplification of administrative procedures in this field (art. 4).
