Abstract
These provisions set out the legislative framework governing hunting activities in the Valle d’Aosta Region. The Act lays down conditions for hunting with a view to ensuring the protection and preservation of wild fauna species, which include mammals and birds. The Act provides for the adoption of a regional plan on hunting and further lays down rules on repopulation zones and protection areas. Penalties are laid down.
