Regional Act No. 7 laying down provisions in matter of environmental protection.

This Regional Act aims at the conservation of biological diversity and preservation of natural environments, taking into particular account the provisions laid down at the European Community level under Directive 92/43/EEC. The Act defines the procedure to be followed to adopt the protective measures envisaged in the Directive above-mentioned, including the identification of Sites of Community Importance (SIC) and Special Protection Zones (ZPS).
