Regional Act No. 4 amending certain regional provisions on environmental matters.

This Regional Act aims at updating the legislative framework concerning environmental protection in Emilia Romagna. It implements certain provisions of Legislative Decree No. 152 of 2006 (Code of the Environment) as regards: delimitation of agglomerations for purposes of noise pollution prevention; delimitation of safeguard areas for the protection of surface and underground waters intended for human consumption; concessions for using public waters; management of sewerage; agricultural use of effluent discharges; management of protected areas and Nature 2000 sites. The Act rearranges the definition of administrative functions relevant to these matters.
